These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Mainty mobile application and website at mainty.app (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Use of the App
Mainty is designed to help you track maintenance for your assets (for example, vehicles, home systems, appliances, or equipment), including service history, reminders, notes, and attachments. You may use the app only for lawful, non-commercial, and personal purposes.
- Use the app in accordance with all applicable laws
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept full responsibility for any data you upload
2. Account and Login
To access certain features, you may need to register or log in. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities under your account.
3. In-App Purchases
Mainty may offer paid features such as a one-time lifetime unlock (or other purchase options) to access premium functionality.
- All purchases are processed securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- We do not collect or store your payment details directly.
- All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or by Apple/Google policies.
4. User Content
You may upload photos, documents (e.g., receipts), audio, and other maintenance-related data to the app.
- You retain ownership of your uploaded content
- You grant us permission to store and process your content to deliver app functionality
- You will not upload content that is illegal, offensive, or violates any third-party rights
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the app for commercial or multi-user enterprise purposes
- Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service
- Upload malicious software or misuse the app in any way
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the app (excluding your uploaded content) are owned by Daniel Najda Pty Ltd. You may not reuse or redistribute any part of the app without permission.
7. Disclaimer
Mainty is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
- We do not guarantee accuracy or reliability of maintenance data stored
8. Limitation of Liability
Daniel Najda Pty Ltd is not liable for:
- Loss of data due to app deletion or device failure
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Issues arising from misuse or failure to export your maintenance data
9. Maintenance Record Disclaimer
Mainty is not a legally certified maintenance log system and does not provide professional mechanical, engineering, or safety advice.
You are responsible for complying with any applicable laws, manufacturer recommendations, warranty requirements, or safety requirements, and for maintaining records outside of the app if required.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised "Last Modified" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
